Appendix D Staunton-Parkersburg Turnpike Alliance

The Staunton-Parkersburg Turnpike Alliance, Inc. (SPTA) was incorporated in May 11, 2001 as a West Virginia non-profit corporation to serve as the management agency for the Staunton-Parkersburg Turnpike Byway and affiliated efforts. A 501(c)(3) application to the Internal Revenue Service was filed in 2003 and approval is pending.
